Pui Fung Leung
I was born and grew up in Hong Kong and migrated to the UK in 2021. I am a registered Cranio-Sacral therapist practicing in Bristol, having graduated from the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CCST: https://www.ccst.co.uk/) and registered with the Cranio-Sacral Therapy Association (https://www.craniosacral.co.uk/).
My own body was severely impacted by years of demanding work. Running a small social business in Hong Kong required immense mental energy for business grow strategies and significant physical labour work, resulting in chronic issues like frozen shoulders, tennis elbows, lower back pain, knee pain, and a weak hip joint. Despite seeking various conventional treatments, including physiotherapy, Chinese Orthopaedics, and chiropractic care, my pain persisted.
At one point, my body was so weak that a physiotherapist advised me to only exercise in water, otherwise my joints and soft bones would be hurt. While I gradually regained some strength through water exercises and later work out in gym with the help of a personal trainer, it was my discovery of Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) that proved transformational, helping to adjust my bone structure and restore muscle elasticity.
My personal experience showed me the profound power of CST's fascia unwinding to release tightness in my spine, hips, neck, and jaw. This process brought my body's energy into order and smoothed its flow. Furthermore, my practice of Tai Chi (for over 15 years), supplemented by meditation and yoga, gave me a deep understanding of energy (Chi) and focus—elements vital to CST.
Once I integrated CST with the conscious practice of Pylon Meditation, my structural balance gradually restored. My lower back pain vanished, and my improved blood and energy circulation helped resolve chronic coldness. CST and Pylon Meditation helped me reclaim my health and live a life without chronic pain. I hope my experiences could help others too.
I believe the many different kinds of treatment are not rivals; in fact, they are complementary. Since no single "recipe" can solve every problem, I take an open and exploratory approach to all types of therapy.

What some clients say...
During the treatment, I had strong feeling in my lumbar spine. When Puifung placed her palms on my lumbar spine, I felt a very clear, distinct, pinpoint pain.
In the evening while walking, I felt soreness and pain in my lumbar and hip areas. I also felt a sense of spaciousness and looseness in the bones. The soreness and pain in my coccyx (which hurts occasionally) is very obvious, and felt as if it were moving or flexing. I fell asleep very early that night.
After a few days, the soreness and pain subsided, and I felt lighter and more energetic overall.
I’ve been dealing with a blocked nose for ages, but after just the first session, it was mostly gone, and I felt so much better!
The second session was an absolute game-changer! I felt this incredible energy flowing down my legs and all around my head. Plus, the soreness in my lower back and shoulders disappeared. I had the an amazing, deep, restorative sleep that night.
